What information do we collect?

For receiving online credit card payments, we use PCI DDS compliant processing partners. We do not store your credit card information on our own systems, but link you directly to a secure payment gateway. If you send a paper form with your credit card details, or provide your credit card details over the phone, we enter your details into a PCI DDS compliant payment gateway and then immediately destroy the record of your credit card details. We do not keep your credit card or bank details on file in our membership system.
We will disclose any information we have collected from you to law enforcement agencies and security services, if you act in a threatening, vilifying or otherwise unlawful manner towards Australian Liberty Alliance Ltd, our members, supporters and guests.
Giving you control:
All members and supporters of Australian Liberty Alliance Ltd from whom we have details recorded have the right to ask for a copy of these details and we will provide you with this information within a reasonable time frame.
Australian Liberty Alliance Ltd will provide you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving future communications from us. Unsubscribe links are included at the bottom of every email that we send from our mailing lists.
